By way of this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks setting aside of the order on charge dated 19.08.2023 passed by the learned ASJ-07, Patiala House Court, New Delhi, in CC No. 52/2018, titled "Directorate of Enforcement vs. Sukhbir Shokeen".

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order taking cognizance of the predicate offence, passed by the learned Magistrate, was set aside by the learned Sessions Court vide order dated 03.09.2025, which not disputed by the learned counsel for the Directorate of Enforcement. 3.

The learned counsel for DoE, however, states that they reserve the right to revive the present proceedings at their end, in case the predicate offence is revived, or any action is taken on the basis of information shared with the predicate agency under Section 66(2) of PMLA. In this regard, an email dated 25.05.2026 sent by Assistant Director, DoE, Delhi Zonal OfficeII, to the learned counsel for DoE, has also been placed on record. 5.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that some proceedings are pending before the learned Trial Court, instituted by DoE against him. In these circumstances, it is directed that this order will be placed before learned Trial Court. In any case, DoE is, duty bound to inform the Court that they have apprised this Court about closing of the proceedings at their end. Thereafter, the learned Trial Court will pass appropriate orders as per law. 6.

In above circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition in case need so arises.

With above directions, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 8.
