The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that an FIR No.0166/2019 under Sections 420/468/471/34 IPC, registered with PS Hauz Khas, be quashed.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. Respondent no.2 is present in the Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. He states that he has resolved all the disputes with the petitioners in terms of a Settlement Agreement dated 31.07.2019. The copy of the Settlement Agreement has also been placed on record. He also states that the petitioners have performed their obligations under the said Agreement. He joins the petitioners in praying that the FIR in question be quashed. 3.
The petitioners are present in the Court and identified by their
counsel. They confirm that they have settled all their disputes in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 31.07.2019 and state that they have no grievances against respondent no.2. In view of the statements made by the concerned parties (petitioners and respondent no.2), this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, FIR No.0166/2019 under Sections 420/468/471/34 IPC, registered with PS Hauz Khas and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.

The concerned parties (petitioners and respondent no.2) shall sign this order as an acknowledgment of their statements recorded herein. 6.
