The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 read with Section 2(b) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: "a) Initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnors I Respondents and others members of Identification Committee consisting of concerned Executive Director, Chief General Managers and Deputy General Manager for wilful contempt and violation of order dated 06.04.2021 passed by the Court of Ms. Preeti Parewa ACJ/CCJ/ARC/NDD, Patiala House Courts, Delhi in CS SCJ No. 383 of 2021 titled as Rabinder Singh & Anr Vs Punjab National Bank & ors;
b) Punish the contemnors and others members of Identification Committee consisting of concerned Executive Director, Chief General Managers and Deputy General Manager for wilful contempt and violation of order dated 06.04.2021 passed by the Court of Ms. Preeti Parewa ACJ/CCJ/ARC/NDD, Patiala House Courts, Delhi in CS SCJ No. 383 of 2021 titled as Rabinder Singh & Anr Vs Punjab National Bank & ors;
