The present Application under Section 151 of the CPC has been filed on behalf of the Respondents seeking the release of the amount which has been deposited by the Petitioner in compliance of the Order dated 22.04.2022.

O.M.P. (COMM) 588/2020 was filed by the Petitioner under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation, 1996, ["Section 34 Petition"] challenging the Arbitral Award dated 29.06.2019 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator while adjudicating upon the disputes between the parties. 3.
It is stated that during the pendency of the Section 34 Petition, the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
Petitioner deposited a sum of Rs. 1,37,20,644/- along with the interest with the Registrar General of this Court.

Thereafter, vide Order dated 25.08.2025, the Parties were referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to explore the possibility of arriving at an amicable settlement. 5.
The Parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 15.01.2026. Paragraphs No. 1 & 2 of the Settlement Agreement are being reproduced to read as under:
"1. The First Party agrees to the release of INR 1,37,20,664/- (Indian Rupees One Crore Thirty Seven Lakhs Twenty Thousand Six Hundred Forty Fourt Only), deposited by it in the Registry of this Hon'ble Court, alongwith accrued interest, in favour of the Third Party, (also representing the Second and Fourth Party), in full and final settlement of all the claims between the Parties.
2. The bank account details of the Third Party in which the aforesaid amount shall be transferred by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi is as under:

Now, by way of the instant Application, the Applicant/Petitioner is praying for release of the deposited amount in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

Since the present Application is formal in nature, this Court is of the opinion that no notice needs to be issued to the Respondents. 9.
The present Application is allowed.

The Registrar General is directed to release the deposited amount along with accrued interest into the bank account of the Respondent No. 2 forthwith.
