The present petition under Sections 372 & 378(4) of Cr.P.C seeks the following prayer:

"1. Set aside the order and judgment dated 08.06.2023 passed by the Ld. Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board-I, Sewa Kutir Complex, Kingsway Camp, Delhi in the Complaint Case No. 5/1, titled, „Gulvinder Khatri V Gaurav etc.‟ PS. Mehrauli wS 323/452/506/147/149/34 IPC whilst acquitting the respondents 1 to 3 of above said offences upon inadvertent default in appearance made by the complainant thereto and restore the said Complaint for further prosecution.

2. Call for the records of the Complaint Case No. 5/1, PS. Mehrauli u/S 323/452/506/147/149/34 IPC titled, 'Gulvinder Khatri V Gaurav etc.' disposed of vide date 08.06.2023 by the Ld. Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board-I, Sewa Kutir Complex, Kingsway Camp, Delhi. 22 CRL.L.P.-442/2023.

3. Any other relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of law."
