O R D E R

% 24.04.2018 1.

The parties in both the suits were vide order dated 8th February, 2018, referred to Mediation Cell of this Court.

Mediation has been successful with the efforts of Mr. K. Venkatraman, Advocate / Mediator and a Settlement Agreement dated 23rd March, 2018 between the parties in each of the two suits purporting to bear the signatures of the parties, their advocates and the mediator, has been received from the Mediation Cell of this Court. CS(COMM) 192/2018 & CS(COMM) 206/2018

The counsels for the parties also support the Settlement Agreement and seek disposal of the suits in terms thereof. 4.

I have gone through both the Settlement Agreements and find the contents thereof to be lawful.

The settlement in each of the suits is thus allowed. 6.

A decree is passed in each of the two suits in terms of the Settlement Agreement therein, with the Settlement Agreement in each of the suits to form part of the decree sheet.

Decree sheet be drawn up.
