% 12.02.2020 This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi to expedite the trial of the divorce case no.229/2017 (Computer Reg. No.580/2018) titled Alok Kumar Srivastwa vs. Smt. Kriti Srivastwa. Though none appears for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent joins in the request made in the petition. He submits that an application seeking amendment of the petition filed by the petitioner as well as an application of the respondent seeking interim maintenance has been pending adjudication before the learned Principal Judge since 2017.

In view of the submissions made, the learned Principal Judge is requested to expedite the process of adjudication of the petition as well as the applications that are pending before it.
