This is a petition under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C for cancellation of bail granted to respondent No. 2 vide order dated 26.02.2024 by the Sessions Court in case FIR No. 14/2023, under Sections 406/420/120B IPC, registered at Police Station EOW. 2.

Learned APP appearing on behalf of State, under instructions from the Investigating Officer, states that charge sheet in case FIR No. 14/2023 has since been filed and respondent No. 2 is not charge sheeted and is no more required in case FIR No. 14/2023.
