% 25.09.2017 The matter has come on transfer. The parties were relegated to the Mediation process under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre wherein a settlement agreement dated 15th May, 2017 has been entered between the petitioner and respondent No.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.2 state that the cheque for Rs.1,20,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Thousand Only) has been encashed. In other words, the settlement agreement would hold good, interse between the parties i.e. petitioner and the respondent No.2. Accordingly, in view of the settlement the award of the Tribunal dated 4th August, 2005 in I.D. No.93/2002 is set aside. Suffice to state, that the

parties shall be bound by the settlement agreement dated 15th May, 2017. The writ petition is disposed of.
