The disputes in this petition have been resolved on the following basis:

A. The respondent No. 1 will issue a relieving letter to the petitioner, stating that he was relieved from his duty with effect from 09.04.2019.

B. The petitioner will be paid an amount equivalent to three months' salary at the rate of his last drawn salary. The payment will be made within four weeks.

In view of the fact that the parties have settled their disputes, this Court has not been called upon to make any observations on the rights and contentions of the parties, either with regard to the maintainability of the disputes or on the merits.
