The parties have entered into a settlement and a Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU") dated 24th July, 2025, has been placed on record. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that subject to the respondent complying with the terms and conditions of the said MoU, the petitioners seek to withdraw the present writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, both the parties are held bound by the terms of the MoU dated 24th July, 2025 entered between the parties. 4.

Accordingly, binding the parties with the said MoU, the present writ petition, is dismissed as withdrawn.
