1. Mr. Aggarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition.
2. The matter is dismissed as withdrawn, however, he states that his client would like to settle the matter with respondent No.2.
3. For the said reasons, the parties are referred to Delhi High Court, Mediation Center and shall appear on 12.03.2025 at 3:30 pm.
4. In case, no settlement is arrived within four weeks from 12.03.2025, the proceedings shall continue in accordance with the law before the concerned ACMM.
