The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for withdrawal of the present petition.

It is submitted that the petitioner and the respondent have amicably settled their disputes in terms of the settlement. It is further submitted that divorce by mutual consent has also taken place between the parties. 3.

Thus, it is submitted that the petitioner herein does not wish to pursue the present matter any further.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed and the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the present petition.

Application is disposed of.
