% 20.09.2019 Vide the present bail application, the petitioner/accused seeks bail in connection with Sessions Case No. 545/2018 pending before the Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, South West, Dwarka Courts, Delhi arising out of FIR No. 107/2018 registered at PS - Dwarka South for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 IPC.

Keeping in view the serious allegations, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in the present application. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an application, if so warrants, after examination of the witnesses with respect to the seizer of blood stained clothes of the applicant/accused. SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J SEPTEMBER 20, 2019/PB
