This application has been filed by the Applicant/Respondent Nos.1 and 2 seeking enlargement of time for disposal of the appeal filed by the Petitioner against the Report of the Internal Complaints Committee dated 04.03.2020. The said appeal was to be disposed of within a period of six weeks from 11.01.2024.

Though in the application, the Applicant/Respondent Nos.1 and 2 pray for six weeks' time, the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants states that the appeal will be disposed of within a period of three weeks from today.

enlarging the time. He states that the ICC report is dated 04.03.2020 and the Petitioner has been put to immense prejudice due to the delay. He also states that there is nothing mention in the application which would justify the extension of time.

Having heard both sides, this Court, in the interest of justice, is of the opinion that three weeks' time, as prayed for, be granted to the Applicant/Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to complete the process. 5.

The Applicant/Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are requested to dispose of the appeal within a period of three weeks from today positively. 6.

The application is disposed of.
