By way of present application, filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the Applicant/Appellant seeks issuance of directions to Registry to release the amount deposited in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 01.11.2025. 2.

During the pendency of the present Appeal, certain amount was deposited by the Applicant/Appellant with the Registry of the Court. Vide Order dated 03.11.2025, the Appeal was disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 01.11.2025.

In view of the above, let the amount be remitted to the Executing Court for disbursement in accordance with the final Judgment passed by the Court.
