The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has today handed over a demand draft bearing no.543928 dated 09.03.2020 for a sum of ₹5,00,000/- drawn on Punjab National Bank, Sector-5, Panchkula to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. The learned counsel for the parties submit that in view of the above, the impugned order dated 19.07.2019 passed in CA No.31/2018 stands complied with. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The pending application is also disposed of.
