The respondent is seeking release of the award amount deposited by the petitioner in terms of the order dated 08th March, 2013. 2.

The writ petition of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 28th October, 2015 and the petitioner has not challenged the said judgment. In that view of the matter, the 75% of the award amount deposited by the petitioner in terms of the order dated 08th March, 2013 has to be released to the respondent.

The application is allowed and the Registrar General is directed to release 75% of the award amount deposited by the petitioner in terms of the order dated 08th March, 2013, along with interest accrued thereon to the respondent.

Learned counsel for the respondent seeks direction to the petitioner to pay the balance 25% of the award amount. The respondent is at liberty to avail the appropriate legal remedies against the petitioner for recovery of the balance amount.

Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
