% 01.08.2016 Bailable warrants were issued against the appellants. Service report is awaited. Even no one appears on the behalf of appellants when the matter is taken up. Learned counsel for the respondent has informed that Arbitrator has passed the Award against the appellants. Even the respondent's execution petition is pending in Mumbai Courts against the appellants to enforce the award. He submits that under these circumstances, liberty be also granted to take all the necessary steps against the appellants for noncompliance of the order passed by the Arbitral Tribunal. As the award has already been passed against the appellants therefore, no further orders are required to be passed. Liberty sought by the petitioner to take the steps for non-compliance of orders passed by the Arbitral Tribunal is also granted. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
