The learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the present appeal. He, however, prays that, looking at the financial condition of the appellant, arrears calculated up to 28.02.2025 be directed to be paid in instalments. 2.

He submits that a sum of ₹2,50,000/- has already been deposited in the respondent's account.

Considering the above, the appellant is directed to pay the arrears calculated up to 28.02.2025 in six equal monthly instalments apart from paying the monthly maintenance as directed by the learned Trial Court.

The petitioner undertakes to pay the monthly instalment within first seven days of each month, starting from the month of April and to also pay the monthly maintenance as directed by the learned Trial Court.

The petitioner is bound down to the said undertaking. 6.
