This application has been filed seeking regular bail in FIR no.0086/2018 registered at PS Narela, Delhi under Sections 302/34 IPC and under Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act. 2.

The bail was refused to the applicant by the order dated 03.11.2020 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-02, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the 'Trial Court').

Admittedly, much water has flown thereafter, with further witnesses having been examined before the learned Trial Court. I am, therefore, of the opinion that it would be in the fitness of things that the applicant first moves an application before the learned Trial Court to seek bail.
