The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers: "(a) Direction be given to Respondent No.2 Bar Council of India, Respondent No.3 Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Respondent No.4 Principal of the college Phoolwait institute of Law and Respondent No.6 Jail Superintendent Central Jail.NO.3 Tihar Delhi to make arrangements for the petitioner to attend classes through VC and;

(b) The Petitioner may further be permitted to appear in exams. Who is presently under trial and lodged in Jail No.3 Central Jail Tihar New Delhi in criminal case bearing FIR No.141/2024 U/s 365,368,302,120B,34 IPC P.S Samaipur Badli."

Learned counsel for the Bar Council of India submits that order on the representation made by the petitioner has been passed and the same has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the order dated 07.02.2025 passed by the Bar Council of India. 5.

Leave and liberty granted.
