Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that defendant no. 4 has demolished the unauthorized construction in the suit property. He states that in view of action taken by defendant no. 4 the reliefs sought in the suit stands satisfied. He states that therefore, he has instructions from the plaintiff to unconditionally withdraw the present suit. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and considering that the reliefs sought by the plaintiff stands satisfied, the present suit along with all pending applications stands disposed of.

All future dates, if any, stand cancelled.
