The present matter has been listed on office note. The office note dated 04.11.2024 reads as under:
"Vide order dated 19/09/2024, Hon'ble Court has inter-alia directed as under:
***** ***** ***** 6 Accordingly, subject to the petitioner depositing cost of Rs. 15,000/- by way of a crossed cheque/Demand Draft favouring the respondent with the Registry of this Court within a period of three weeks from today, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal shall stand extended presently by six months from today.
The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal shall be treated as continuing till today.

***** ***** ***** In compliance of the above, Counsel for the petitioner has deposited Original Demand Draft bearing No.841316 dated 14/10/2024 for Rs. 15,000/- in favour of Respondent i.e. INTEX TECHNOLOGIES (INDIA) LIMITED vide dy.no.26983 dated 14/10/2024. It is submitted that Registry take action only on those demand Drafts which have been drawn in favour of the Registrar General, Delhi High Court. However, this Demand Draft has been deposited as a cost and is drawn in favour of Respondent i.e.
INTEX TECHNOLOGIES (INDIA) LIMITED.
It is further submitted that the aforesaid Demand Draft will expire after 3 months from the date of issue i.e. on 14/10/2024.
In view of the above, the matter may be placed before the Hon'ble Court on 06/11/2024 for further directions."

In view of the above office note, the Registry is directed to return the demand draft to the Petitioner so that a fresh demand draft in the name of Registrar General, Delhi High Court can be submitted by the Petitioner. 3.
