Vide the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following relief(s): "1. Issue Appropriate Writ, Order and Direction to Respondents for changing the trade of the Petitioner to a trade wherein he is not working near fire. For example: Gardening.

2.

Issue Appropriate Writ, Order and Direction to Respondents for conducting remedial board of the Petitioner.

3.

Issue any other writ, direction or order, which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."

Pursuant to order dated 09.09.2022, learned counsel for the respondents has apprised this Court that the petitioner had earlier also filed a writ petition before this Court vide W.P.(C) 9908/2019 and on 13.09.2019, W.P.(C) 13069/2022 BALA CHHABRA 11:24

he had sought leave to withdraw the said petition with liberty to approach the appropriate Court in accordance with law. Thereafter, the present petition was filed.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that the petitioner is not posted near fire, however, is posted in a mess and is given works like cutting vegetables, kneading dough, cleaning utensils, etc. 4.

In view of above, nothing survives in the present petition. 5.
