% 18.09.2019 The present petition has been instituted under Article 226 of the Constitution read with section 482 of Cr.P.C by the petitioners praying therein for protection of their life, liberty and property. Learned ASC for the State, on instructions from the investigating officer, who is present in the Court submits that mobile phone numbers of the beat constables, Divisional Officer and the concerned SHO have been provided to the petitioners for contacting the police officials in case of any exigency.

Respondent nos. 4 & 6, who are present in the Court along with their counsel, clearly state that they are not harassing the petitioners in any manner, whatsoever.

In view of the above submission, no further orders are required to be passed.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
