Mr. K. Pallavi, learned counsel appears for respondent no.2 and submits that it has been noted in the order dated 08.05.2023 that the respondent no.2/Handicrafts and Handloom Exports of India was a Government Company and the Central Government vide the order dated 16.03.2021 had approved the closure of respondent no.2 and all the employees have been granted VRS w.e.f. 30.09.2021. 2.
She submits that the petitioners are seeking regularisation of the service with respondent no.2.
