Learned counsel for the petitioner, appearing through video conferencing, submits that the possession of the subject premises has already been handed over to the respondent on 09.04.2025, and thus, the present petition has become infructuous.

As such, in view of the aforesaid fact and circumstances, as also considering the dicta of Hon'ble Supreme Court in N.C. Daga v. Inder Mohan Singh Rana [2003 (1) SCC 453 and Vinod Kumar Verma v. Manmohan Verma & Anr [Civil Appeal Nos.5220-5221 of 2008 order dated 19.08.2008], the present petition alongwith the pending application, being infructuous, is dismissed.
