In continuation to the order that this Court has passed yesterday i.e., 04th May,2026, the parties to the present appeal are physically present in the Court and so also their respective counsels.

Not only the respective counsels have identified the parties but the parties have further provided their photo identity card in the form Aadhar Card for the purpose of confirmation of their identity. 3.
When confronted, a specific statement is made to support that they have signed and executed the document viz. memorandum of settlement which is produced on record.

In response to the Court's query, counsel for the appellant, on instructions from the appellant, states that the affidavit of undertaking as referred to in the clause 2D of the settlement shall be furnished within a period of two weeks from today.

Statement accepted as an undertaking to this Court. 6.
Both the parties have agreed that they shall conduct themselves strictly in accordance with the terms of settlement. 7.
Upon a joint request made, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present proceedings in terms of the memorandum of settlement executed on 28th April, 2026.

The receipt of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs) is not disputed by the respondents.

The appeal accordingly stands disposed of.
