% 27.02.2020 This writ petition is filed seeking following reliefs: (a) Issue a writ, order or direction thereby directing the Respondents to sanction the map of construction of Plot No.GA 20, Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, Delhi of the Petitioner or; (b) Issue a writ, order or direction thereby directing the Respondents to take necessary steps to rectify the error in the layout plan of Respondent No. 5 for Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar which shows the measurement of the plot No.GA 20, Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, Delhi wrongly as 440 sq. mtr. as against 220 sq. mtr."

Essentially issue pertains to some errors in the layout plan which can be dealt with by respondent No.5/Chief Town Planner, North DMC. Let this petition be treated as a representation of the petitioner to respondent No.5/Chief Town Planner, North DMC who may deal with this

representation as per law within four weeks from today. If necessary, respondent No.5/Chief Town Planner, North DMC is free to call the petitioner for a personal hearing. A copy of the speaking order/decision taken will be communicated to the petitioner. With the above direction the petition stands disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
