% 09.01.2020 CRL.M.A. 319/2020 (extension of interim bail) 1.

The present application has been filed seeking extension of interim bail on the ground that the mother of the petitioner is still unwell. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been admitted to regular bail in another FIR.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the interim bail granted to the petitioner is extended upto 15.01.2020 on the same terms and conditions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner will not seek further extension on the aforesaid ground and shall surrender at the expiry of release period.
