The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- In the light of above mentioned facts and circumstances, the Petitioner prays that this Hon''ble Court may be pleased to;
1. Issue Writ In The Nature Of Mandamus Directing Respondent No. 2,3 And 4 To Provide Protection To The Petitioners From Respondents No. 5 & 6 And
2. Issue Direction To The Respondents No. 2,3, & 4 To Take Action On The Various Complaints Given By The Petitioners Against The Respondent No.-5&6 In Accordance Of Law
3. Pass Any other or further orders which this Hon'ble Courts may deems fit and proper, in the interest of justice." 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the complaint filed by the petitioner no.1 FIR bearing No. 373/2020 under Sections 323/354A/354B/354D/376/442/448/506/509 IPC with P.S. already stands filed. It is further stated that the complaint of petitioner no.2 before the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate is pending with respect to registration of FIR.

So far as prayer for protection is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that appropriate application will be moved before the learned Trial Court.

Needless to state on an application being moved, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
