By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs :- "i. Direct the Respondent No.1 to decide forthwith the representation dated 26.08.2023, preferred by the present Petitioner and decide the same, with a written intimation to the Petitioner provide. And, ii. As a consequence thereof Direct the Respondent No.1/Commissioner of Police to take appropriate Disciplinary action against SHO/PS Burari namely Sh. Rajinder and ACP/Maurice Nagar/ Namely Sh. Dharminder, in terms of the representation dated 26.08.2023." 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the order dated 13.09.2023 to submit that in W.P.(CRL) 1700/2022, a statement was made on behalf of the State that due procedure would be followed insofar as externment proceedings against respondent No.2 are concerned. 3.

Learned ASC for the State submits that on the petitioner's complaint an FIR has already been registered on 31.07.2023. No.869/2023 registered under Sections 307/325/147/148/149/34 IPC at P.S. Burari. He further submits that the concerned DCP would look into the criminal records of respondent No.2 and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
