% 03.03.2015 The appellants Gauri & Ashish are present.

They have brought Rs.5,000/- and Rs.20,000/- respectively in terms of the last order. The money has been tendered to learned counsel for BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd. By:AMULYA

1} and accepted in full and final settlement of all claims of the said company. Learned counsel for the respondent BSES Rajdhani Power Limited has no objeetion to the impugned judgment being set aside since the settlement has been reached.

The offence being compoundable, the impugned judgment and sentence are set aside and the appeal stands disposed of accordingly. The surety and surety bond stand discharged.
