Mr. Sanjiv Bahl, learned counsel for the decree holder, states that the judgment debtor has placed on record the orders of National Company Law Tribunal ["NCLT"], by which the judgment debtor has been ordered to be liquidated.

He submits that the enforcement proceedings may be disposed of with liberty to the decree holder to make its claims before the liquidator. 3.

The enforcement proceedings are disposed of with liberty as aforesaid. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
