This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of one year for making and publishing the award. 4.
It is stated that the matter is at the stage of arguments. 5.
It is further stated that there are some issues on account of procedural difficulties during the period upto September, 2025. 6.

For the reasons noted above, I am satisfied that a sufficient cause for delay has been shown. Hence, the petition is allowed and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended from 08.09.2025 for a period of one year for making and publishing the award.
