% 28.09.2018 CM No. 39876/2018 After some hearing, learned counsel for the applicant states that in view of the subsequent developments, they would not press the present application, provided the Court clarifies that members of the applicant association would be entitled to raise their individual grievance, if required and necessary. The dismissal of the present writ petition would not deny and deprive individual members from initiating judicial proceedings. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection if this statement is accepted.
3.
Taking the statements on record, we dismiss the present application and clarify that individual members of the applicant association would be
entitled to raise their personal grievance in accordance with law. Dismissal of the writ petition on default would not be a ground to reject a prayer made by an individual member.
