In view of the Notification dated 19.03.2026 passed by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, some of the provisions of the National Dental Commission Act, 2023 have already been given effect to from 19.03.2026. The petitioner, thus, has a remedy to ventilate his grievance before the Ethics and Dental Registration Board of the National Dental Commission. 2.
