The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not in contact with him and he has not been receiving any instructions.

On the other hand, the learned APP has handed over a copy of the Status Report dated 29.04.2024, which inter alia states that the applicant has been acquitted of the case by the Juvenile Justice Board vide Order dated 28.07.2023. The Status Report be taken on record. 3.
The Status Report, however, further states that it has now come to light that on 16.08.2023, an FIR No.373/2023 under Sections 489A/304B/302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 has been registered at Police Station: Dataganj, Distt. victim and her eight months old daughter for dowry. The applicant is stated to be in judicial custody in Badaun Jail and Charge Sheet has also been filed on 03.08.2023 and the trial therein is pending. 4.
Be that as it may, as the applicant stands acquitted of the present FIR, nothing survives in the present bail application. The same is disposed of as being infructuous.
