This is a petition seeking execution of the award dated 20.07.2021. 2.

Mr. Bhuttan, learned counsel appears for the judgment debtor and on instructions of the judgment debtor states that none of the assets of the judgment debtor are situated within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

He further states that all the assets of the judgment debtor are situated at Hyderabad.

Taking the statement of Mr. Bhuttan, learned counsel on record and binding the judgment debtor to the same, the execution petition is disposed of granting liberty to the decree holder to move the appropriate Court.

The present petition is disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
