Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 / Indian Bureau of Immigration, who appears on advance notice, submits that no LOC has been issued against the petitioner as of date.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the apprehension of the petitioner, on the basis of which the present petition has been filed, does not survive.
