The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued, under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned CMMs to refer the matters pertaining to the petitioners to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre in cases where the parties are agreeable to endevour to settle the disputes amicably. 2.

The learned counsel appearing the petitioners state that the petitioners are endeavouring to settle the disputes with various complainants. He states that at the request of the concerned parties, the Courts are referring them to mediation. The petitioners' difficulty is that different Courts are referring matters to the Mediation Centres annexed with the respective Courts, and this is making it increasingly difficult for the petitioners to participate in those proceedings, which are spread over multiple locations.

This Court is not inclined to pass any blanket orders in this petition However, the petitioners are at liberty to apply before the learned CMMs. Needless to state that the Ld. CMMs shall consider the same, as and when the occasion arises, for referring the concerned parties to mediation. 4.
