The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking that respondent be directed to furnish the information to the petitioner as sought by him vide online RTI application dated 17.11.2024 bearing registration number GBP&H/R/2024/60050.

Learned counsel for the respondent/s submits that without prejudice to his contentions as regards the maintainability of the present petition, the necessary information shall be provided to the petitioner within a period of 2 weeks from today.

As such, the grievance of the petitioner in the present petition does not survive.

No further order/s are required to be passed in the present petition; the same is accordingly disposed of.
