% 04.04.2024 I.A. 7611/2024 (Under Order XXIII Rule 3 of CPC on behalf of parties) and CS(COMM) 446/2019 1.
Parties jointly pray for a compromise decree under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, on terms enumerated in Paragraph No. 2 (a) to (g) of the application. The application is signed by the Authorized Signatories of the Plaintiffs and Defendants No. 1 to 3, as well as their counsel. It is also accompanied with affidavits and statements of truth on behalf of the Authorized Signatories of the parties.

The counsel mentioned in the appearance above have identified the signatures and confirm the compromise between the parties. Accordingly, they pray that the suit be decreed as per terms mentioned in Paragraph No. 2 (a) to (g) of the application.

The Court has perused the terms of the compromise and finds the same to be lawful.

Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in favour of Plaintiffs and against the Defendants, in terms of compromise recorded in Paragraph No. 2 (a) to (g) of the application, which shall form part of the decree. 5.
The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the compromise as recorded in the application.

The suit is decreed in the above terms. Decree sheet be drawn up. 7.
In view of the fact that parties have arrived at a compromise, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate for refund of full court fee, in favour of the Plaintiffs.
8.
The suit, along with pending applications, is disposed of in the above terms.
