The present petition was filed way back on 02.09.2022 by the petitioners' seeking protection of their life, limb and property from Respondent Nos. 2 & 3.

None has been appearing for the petitioners from quite some time.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State informs that mobile phone number of the concerned Beat Officer was provided to the petitioners long back in the year 2022. He submits that no untoward incident has been reported till date. 4.

The petitioners seem to be not interested in pursuing the present petition.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
