O R D E R

% 05.04.2018 On the last date of hearing, this Court had passed the following order: "Mr. Ajjay Aroraa, learned counsel appearing for the NDMC states as per his instructions W.P.(C) 3285/2017 with regard to the same property was disposed of by this Court on March 12, 2018.

Noting the fact that the respondent No.3 therein, who is also respondent no.3 here has approached the ATMCD which has stayed the demolition, and to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to look into this aspect, re-notify on April 05, 2018." Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to intervene in the appeal filed by the respondent no.3 before the ATMCD.

Mr. Kirti Uppal, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for respondent no.3

has no objection in that regard. He further states, if an application is filed by the petitioner for intervention, the same shall not be opposed. Noting the statements made by the counsel for the petitioner and respondent no.3, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
