In this view of the matter, Mr. Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the leave to appeal applications. 3.

In view of the settlement arrived between the parties and binding the parties to the terms of the settlement, the leave to appeal applications are disposed of. Consequently, the appeals are also disposed of. 5.

In CRL.L.P. 505/2022, the petitioner had deposited a sum of Rs. 50,000/- with the Registrar General, Delhi High Court. 6.

The same along with up-to-date accrued interest be released to the petitioner and/or through his counsel.
