This writ petition is filed on behalf of the petitioners for issuance of appropriate directions to quash the letter dated 25th January, 2022 regarding the cancellation of allotment pertaining to Delhi Development Authority ("DDA") EWS Flat No. 77, 13th Floor, Pocket-1A, Block-A13, Sector A1-4 situated at Narela, Delhi.

There is further prayer in the present writ petition for direction to the respondents for issuance of Allotment Letter to the Petitioners in terms of th the circular no. E/339/0001/2022/ONHS19/NA-PMAY I/444 dated 09 September, 2022, including the issuance of possession letter and to complete all the formalities for execution of the sale deed in favour of the petitioners The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. concerning the said flat.

Today Mr. Saurabh Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners confirms that now a possession letter has been issued to the petitioners with respect to the flat in question. 4.
It is further pointed out that pursuant to the possession letter issued by the DDA, the possession of flat in question has already been taken over by the petitioners. Further, conveyance deed has also been executed by the DDA in favour of the petitioners.

Mr. Sumit Chander, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/DDA confirms the aforesaid fact. He has handed over a copy of Minutes of the Meeting dated 14th September, 2023 which records the Minutes of the Meeting that was held on 12th September, 2023 and 13th September, 2023.

The said Minutes of the Meeting categorically record that the possession letter has been issued to the petitioners after completion of various formalities.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been satisfied.
