The present petition seeks the following prayers: "a) Issue an appropriate Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and direct Respondent No. 1 to decide the Complaint dated 14th August 2022 made by the Petitioner to the Respondent No. 1 in a time bound manner and in accordance with law; and b) Issue an appropriate Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and direct Respondent No. 1 to file before this Hon'ble Court a report on actions taken by them on the Complaint dated 14th August 2022 of the Petitioner;" 2.
Counsel for Respondent states that the writ petition has become infructuous in view of order dated 27th March, 2023, whereby the complaint against Mr. Avishek Gupta, Resolution Professional, has been decided. Srishti Juneja, counsel for Petitioner, confirms the receipt of aforenoted decision. She submits that this is only a one-line order and the Petitioner would like to challenge the same. A copy of the said decision has been handed over across the board and is taken on record. 3.
Since the limited prayer made in the present petition was for directions to Respondent to decide the complaint, which has been done, no further directions are required to be issued in the present petition. 4.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, along with pending application(s).

It is clarified that if the Petitioner has any grievance against the decision taken by Respondent, they shall be free to explore the remedies, as are available under law.
