Counsel for the Petitioners, states on instructions that both the Petitioners would like to withdraw the present revision petitions and seek liberty to raise all the grounds urged in the present petitions before the Trial Court, at the stage of arguments on charge.

In light of the foregoing, the present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. It is clarified that the Court has not examined the merits of the case or the contentions urged by the Petitioners. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved, which shall be considered by the Trial Court in accordance with law. 3.
